COUNTRY HOUSE LAUGHTON: Low Energy extension to form new Kitchen range

A fine Grade II Listed Regency Vicarage at Laughton with a compromised ground floor due to the kitchen taking up one of the principal rear reception rooms. The proposed scheme recasts the old service wing, demolishes the old storage buildings and forms a new steel structure to tie in the earlier work with a new roof structure spanning the width of the scheme and expressed as a glazed gable end to follow the pitch and scale of the existing.
