Contemporary Low Energy Dwelling 3 stories with excavated lower storey on a narrow infill site by the sea. Original scheme excavated the whole site to form a low rear range with central atrium garden set between the ranges.

The revised scheme omits the rear range and lengthens the main range still to give a 3 double bedroom 3 shower room property. Lower ground has master bedroom, dressingh shower room with courtyard and guest bedroom with shower room. Entrance storey kitchen / dining / living room with large glass screens over the courtyard and a bridge across to the rear garden. Upper storey another main bedroom suite with balcony and a separate office/study sitting room.

The scheme is designed to recycle all grey & surface water using green low energy solutions throughout. Excessive insulation, natural materials, IQ minimal glazing, LPHW underfloor heating served by ASHPs coupled with extensive roof mounted PV panels, utilising solar gain to minimise running costs.
