A new contemporary single storey low energy dwelling on a green field site facing south in the lee of the South Downs in Ripe East Sussex

The site is alongside a Roman Road so an archaeological watching brief during excavation. Planning Permission has been granted and construction completed.

The building is a very highly insulated constructed with a steel and timber stud frame clad with natural Cedar vertical clading, beam and block flooring due to ground conditions, tree proximity serviced by 2 ASHPS supplying a wet underfloor heating system from a remote plant room with heat recovery and PV & Solar arrays mounted on the roof behind the parapet.
