Led by RIBA Chartered Architect Nigel Dalby, the practice supports projects from early feasibility and concept design through to planning applications, listed building consent, building regulations and construction-stage advice.
Initial consultation and feasibility
Every project starts with a site appraisal to assess the building, planning context and what the client wants to achieve, i.e. the brief. This early stage can include reviewing constraints, assessing development potential and identifying the most practical route forward.
For homeowners and private clients, this helps clarify what may be possible before committing to a full design process or planning application.
Concept design

Planning applications
