The Old Customs House Brighton Rear Extension

Extension & Alterations to this Grade II Listed Building near the sea within Rottingdean Conservation Area. Front and Rear Range built late 18th Century with later work. This Contemporary yet Traditional Design was granted Listed Building and Conservation Area Approval allowing the rear end of this building to better integrate the first floor Studio to the main house. A new steel flaoting staircase with mezzanine and south facing Juliette Balcony are proposed.
